 We determine our pricing based on the square footage of the area you need cleaned, as well as the type of cleaning required. If you have specific preferences, such as areas you'd like excluded from the cleaning, please feel free to reach out to us for a customized solution.

We offer our professional residential and commercial cleaning services to customers in Surprise, AZ and the Phoenix West Valley area. If you're unsure whether we service your area, please don't hesitate to contact us.

You can schedule a cleaning with Maid In Surprise by visiting our book online page and a representative will contact you with a quote. Or by calling us directly at 602-644-1391, and we will be happy to provide you a quote and schedule your service.

You can simply call us and a represntative will assist you with canceling or rescheduling your appointment. You can also log into your account and modify your appointment.

We value your time and we ask to show the same respect. We request that you give us a minimum of 24 hours advance notice (Monday clients must call before noon on the previous Friday) IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR ANY REASON.

Failure to provide adequate notice could result in a $40 late cancellation fee. We understand that circumstances arise that require a cancellation, but if a client has excessive cancellations, we reserve the right to cancel all future cleanings. 

We accept cash or credit cards (VISA, MC, AMEX, DIscover). We also accept PayPal, Google Pay, ApplyPay, Venmo, and Zelle. All payments must be made the day of or before your scheduled cleaning. We Do Not Accept Checks

Yes, we offer discounts to new clients and occasional promotions for new and exsisting clients. Discounts are not valid in conjunction with other promotions. The best discount will be applied. 

Tips are not required but are greatly apprecited. You can add a tip when you check out on our online payment page. Or cash is also accepted.

We do not offer refunds on any cleaning services. If you are unhappy with any part of your cleaning or we missed anything, please call us within 24 hours. We will come back to provide a re-cleaning at no charge. Keep in mind we are not a resotration company.

You can redeem a gift certificate by booking online and add your certificate code in the note section. We will call you after you book your appointment to confirm. Or contact us at 602-644-1391. 

Gift certificates are not refundable, transferable, or exchanged for cash and expire 1 (one) year of the issue date. 

Yes, we bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have any special requests, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

We are not a restoration and pest contral company. and therefore do not provide those type of services; such as water damage, mold remediation, air duct cleaning, odor removal, fire dmages, biohazard clean ups, bedbug treatment, termite treatment, and other pest control/exterminator services. 

We provide house cleaning and office cleaning. However, there are some services we do not provide. 

• Step higher than 2 steps on a step stool due to our insurance policy
• Move or lift anything over 15 lbs due to our insurance policy
• Putting dishes away
• Wipe glass fixtures, chandeliers, and bulbs
• Hoarding clean up
• Animal waste cleaning
• Cat litter box cleaning
• Bug, insect, rodent droppings
• Exterior windows
• Garage cleaning

Should any member of your household require the use of syringes, please ensure that they are disposed of safely. Any secure container like a coffee can, could be used to store used syringes and/or needles prior to disposal. Any unexpected stab by an insecure needle can pose serious health concerns to our staff.

Please dispose of bodily fluid hygiene products appropriately. Please wrap them up in paper/tissues and toss them in a lined canister for easy disposal. We wear gloves to protect ourselves, but we will not be picking up any that may be lying on the floor. (It’s happened!)
